Nutrition Plans
With Fitcore’s nutrition feature, professionals can ensure a healthy, sustainable, and tailored meal plan that meets each client’s needs - including dietary restrictions, allergies, personal preferences, and individual goals.
How does it work?
In the first step of constructing the client's nutritional plan, the nutritionist or personal trainer is provided with a target chart based on the personal information given by the client when completing an initial questionnaire. This target chart calculates the amount of calories and macronutrients the client should consume daily, taking into account their lifestyle and specific goals. It is designed to serve as a support tool for the professional and povides an immediate visualisation of the distribution of energy values (kcal), protein, carbohydrates, and lipids - which can be altered and adjusted as deemed necessary.
In the second step, the nutritionist can create diet variations (for example, "workout day diet" and "rest day diet", or variations according to the days of the week) and design meals and water intake for each variation. Fitcore offers a global database of two million foods and a Portuguese database of 7,500 foods that can be selected and added to the already created meals.
Each meal displays information on total calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat. As the meal plan is built, the target chart automatically updates, allowing the nutritionist to see the total calories and macronutrients of the prescribed diet and whether it is close to meeting the daily goal previously set for that client.

Diet plans can be developed using artificial intelligence to automate and simplify the professional's work.
Based on the client's feedback or changes in goals, modifications to the meal composition and/or adjustments to food portions are possible. Diet templates can be created and saved for use in managing other clients.
