A good training plan includes a variety of exercises to ensure that different muscle groups are targeted and to avoid boredom and stagnation. On our platform, the instructor has access to a library of 4,757 different exercises that can be selected and added to the training plan, with the option to prescribe sets, repetitions, supersets, load level, and rest time. All exercises come with a video demonstration to assist the athlete in performing them correctly.
The training templates created by the professional can be adjusted in real time as needed to ensure they remain challenging and effective, delivering a personalised training experience and helping clients reach their goals more efficiently. Personal trainers can also save and reuse these templates when working with other clients who have similar objectives.
Additionally, they have the option to leave notes and feedback for the athlete, offering guidance and helping them stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.
