Measurements
Both the professional and the client can record their body measurements and track progress through a timeline line graph, based on the dates of recording.
The parameters that can be logged are:
- Personal Record: weight, height, lean mass, body fat percentage, right arm, waist, mid-thigh, calf, hip, and abdomen;
- Professional Record: all of the above, BMI (Body Mass Index), LMI (Lean Mass Index), skinfold measurements, bioimpedance, Cunningham formula, Harris-Benedict formula.
It is important to closely monitor the athlete's body measurements to understand whether the prescribed workout plans and diet plans are suitable and delivering results in the short and long term. Failure to achieve the defined physical goals may indicate the need for a change in strategy or more controlled supervision by the instructor.
